Tasty Recipes I Have Tried- And Loved! (Breakfast Edition)

Does anyone else have the Tasty app? If you don't, you should download it immediately because you will have access to thousands of incredible recipes that you can actually make! (You can also view them at ) I love that they have videos to go with the recipes so that you can see how they made it. This is great for cooking challenged people (like myself) to get better at trying things outside of their comfort zones!

These are some of my favourite recipes that I make over and over again!

For Breakfast....

Blueberry Peach Sheet Pan Pancakes

* A variation from the comments

- 2 cups pancake mix

- 1 1/3 cups milk

- 2 tbsp melted butter

- 2 eggs

- Peaches, Blueberries

Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into a parchment lined pan (I used a 9X12 glass pan) Top with peaches and blueberries.

Preheat at 425F and bake for 12-20 mins (I ended up baking for approx 18-20 mins as I used frozen fruit) These can be frozen for up to four months!

Peach Pie Overnight Oats

- 2/3 cup rolled oats

- 2/3 cup milk

- 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt

- 1 tbsp nut butter

- 1 tsp chia seeds

- 1 tbsp honey

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- 1 diced peach (frozen or fresh)

In a mason jar, combine all ingredients. Seal and place in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. (I actually eat mine cold the next morning and it tastes SO good. Exactly like peach pie! I also don't always measure the ingredients exactly, instead I eyeball it, and it turns out great.)

Strawberry Banana Chia Seed Pudding

- 1 banana; mashed

- 1/2 cup greek yogurt

- 1 cup milk

- 1 tsp vanilla

- 1/4 cup chia seeds

- 1 cup strawberries; diced

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into an airtight container and chill in the fridge for at least four hours. (This was so good and even my daughter loves it!)
